5 A.M. cardio and why nothing else matters

Since the gym closes at 2pm today and I work until 5:30 pm, I decided to get to the gym at 5am for my cardio workout. Amazingly, there were about 10 other people there for a nice early workout as well. It felt good to put in my “work” early.
